Refund and Exchange Policy
REFUNDS: No refunds. All sales are final, except in the case of a cancelled performance. Please return your unused tickets at least 24 hours in advance of the performance date to receive a receipt for a tax-deductible donation. If you purchase your tickets online, you will be given the option to add “Refundable Booking” for an additional fee. Terms and Conditions apply - https://www.refundable.me/extended/en/
EXCHANGES: All ticket exchanges must be done through the Box Office by calling (920) 737-8620. They cannot be completed online. Tickets may only be exchanged for another performance of the same show.
CANCELLATIONS: Generally, performances are never cancelled, but if for some reason we would need to cancel a performance, we would announce it on our website, social media, etc. and refunds will be issued.

General Policies
CONTACTING THE BOX OFFICE: Call or Text the Box Office anytime at (920) 737-8620. Please leave a detailed message and we will return your Call or Text as soon as possible. Email the Box Office at boxoffice@phoenixplayerswi.com with general questions only. Calling or Texting the Box Office is preferred.
GENERAL ADMISSION SEATING: Seating is not reserved, and is on a first come first serve basis. The doors to the seating area open 30 minutes prior to each performance.
RESERVED SEATING: Seating is assigned, and you will choose your seats during the checkout process (online) or our Box Office staff will help you choose (by phone). The doors to the seating area open 30 minutes prior to each performance.
LATE SEATING: We make great effort to begin our performances on time. Please allow plenty of time to find the theatre and to take your seat. If you have not arrived 5 minutes before the show begins, we reserve the right to release your seat(s) to someone else. There are no refunds. Late arrivals will be seated at the Box Office’s discretion.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Phoenix Players).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
